Ordering

Can I add to my order once it's been placed?

Unfortunately not, if you’ve placed an order and missed an item, or wish to add more to your order you will need to cancel it through ‘Your Account’ and place the whole new order online.


What payment methods do you accept?

Our secure system accepts PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit and Maestro.

 

Do you offer a next day delivery service?

We do not currently offer next day delivery service, sorry


How long does an order take to process?

Once your order has been placed, it can take between 3-5 working days to bill and ship to you.

Please note ‘Working day’ means Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday that is not a Public or Bank Holiday.

How much will my delivery cost?

Shipping rates for UK customers are calculated in the checkout and are usually as follows:

£3.50 upwards based on order total 

Plus packaging fees, due to trying to get the product to you undamaged.

Please note some items may incur higher shipping costs regardless of their value as they need to be shipped by courier.

Can you deliver internationally?

Yes, we can deliver orders outside the United Kingdom. If you are in the EU, your postage rates will be calculated at the checkout stage. If you are living outside of the EU, please contact us and tell us which items you wish to buy so we can provide you with a shipping quote based on your order’s weight, size and destination. Please note International packages can take up to 28 days for delivery.

 

When can I expect my order to arrive?

For delivery of all orders, exclusive of shipping cost, we will use Royal Mail, so delivery will usually take around 3-5 working days. Please be aware that in the UK we have to allow 21 days for items to be shipped by Royal Mail before we can investigate the non- arrival of an item.

Please note that ‘Working day’ means Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday that is not a Public or Bank Holiday.

 

Cancelling

I want to cancel my order, how can I do this?

If you have not yet been charged or your order has not been shipped, you can cancel by logging into Your Account online and selecting the relevant order. You do not need to contact us.

If your order has been marked dispatched please call us as soon as possible, Monday-Friday 9.00am-6.00pm,or email us.

 

I've changed my mind. How can I return my goods?

If you would like to return a purchase, you may do so within 14 days of the date of despatch. Please contact us first with you order details and we will provide you with a returns authorisation (RA) number. The item must be received in a resalable condition and in its original undamaged packaging, complete with its original undamaged external box, if applicable.

Please include your order number and the reason for return with your return.


My item has arrived and it's damaged or faulty, what can I do?

If a faulty good is received, please contact us with your order number and the details of the damage/ faulty nature of the product.

If we are unable to replace your faulty item(s), then we will issue a full refund. Please note, the item(s) must be returned to us for this to be processed.

These are the full Terms and Conditions for the Customer’s use of this website and for the purchasing of products through this website. Please read these carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this website.

Introduction

Picklestoyemporium.co.uk and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit our shop at picklestoyemporium.co.uk you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully, picklestoyemporium.co.uk controls and operates this site from its offices within the UK. The laws of England and Wales govern claims relating to including the use of this site and materials contained. If you choose to access from another country you do so on your own initiate and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. 

Ordering

All efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing, if an error should arise, Picklestoyemporium.co.uk will not be able to accept your order. In the event of a mistake, you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed on the site is considered as an invitation of sale and not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.

Delivery and Returns
Pickle’s Toy Emporium returns policy has been set up to make the process as easy for you as possible and to keep costs down. You must contact us and be in receipt of a returns authorisation (RA) number before sending any item back. If a product is received without this number, you will not be refunded. 

 

Exchange 

If when you receive your product(s), you are not completely satisfied you may return the items to us, within 14 days of the date of despatch for exchange or refund. Returns will take approximately 5 working days to process once the goods have arrived. Items must be in original packaging, in all original boxes, packaging materials, with manuals, blank warranty cards and all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer. The item must be received in a resalable condition and in its original undamaged packaging, complete with its original undamaged external box with any blank warranty cards, all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer, as applicable. Picklestoyemporium.co.uk will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

All shipping back to Picklestoyemporium.co.is paid for by the customer, unless the item is faulty. We are unable to refund your postal fees. Any product returned found not to be defective can be refunded within the time stated above and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover our administration costs. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced but returned at the customer's expense. 

Non-Returnable 
Discounted or our end of line products can only be returned for repair no refunds or replacements will be made.

Incorrect/Damaged Goods

We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in a pristine condition. If you receive the incorrect product/s, please contact us. If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible and we will get a replacement to you as soon as possible. Any incorrect items received will have all delivery charges refunded back onto you credit/debit card.

Delivery service

It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate and complete delivery details. If you believe you have made an error in the delivery information provided, please contact us to let us know. 

For in stock products, we aim to deliver within 3-5 working days but sometimes due to high order volume certain in sales periods please allow 4 days before contacting us. We will attempt to email you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. 

All orders are sent out via Royal Mail, if your order is over £250.00 it may be dispatched via a tracked service, which will require a signature, if you are not present a card will be left to advise you to pick up your goods from the local sorting office.

Should a domestic parcel remain outstanding 21 working days after dispatch, it may be eligible for a free replacement. The final discretion as to whether the parcel shall be replaced is ours.

Picklestoyemporium.co.uk and its affiliates, attempt to be as accurate as possible with product description, however from time to time there may be information onPicklestoyemporium.co.uk that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. (Including after you have submitted your order) We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice and the prices advertised on this site are inclusive of VAT.


Privacy Notice

This policy covers all users who register to use the website. It is not necessary to purchase anything in order to gain access to the searching facilities of the site.
